Steve Sonnenberg's 1977 Scout II
|
Here is a picture of my 1977 Scout I restored a couple of years ago. It has a V345
with automatic transmission with about 150,000 miles. I pulled the old tub off and
replaced it with one I bought out in Arizona. It was my daily driver for a few
years until I finished the restoration. It has won its class a couple of times at
the Nationals.

David Nekula's 1980 SSII Conversion
|
It took has taken me 7 years to get in the shape it is in now.
It has a 345 with a holly 600 4bbl, chrome valve covers and Polished holly mega
scoop. The drive terrain is stock for now. The after market accessories are a
SSII conversion kit, 3" cowl hood scoop. It has a 4" susption lift and a 3" body
lift. I just got the new lift kit stuff today for my 10" lift. The tires are
35x12.50-15 mickey thompson claws, which will be gone to make room for my 37
inch tires. The axles and springs and driveshafts are all getting painted
metallic silver to match the stripes on the hood. The body color is bright saphire
blue.
